Why a Mortgage Broker and how can we help you?
As a Mortgage Broker we shop the market to find competitive rates, mortgage products and extreme high level of service lenders that best suits your needs and long term financial goals. We have relationships with many financial institutions that are competing to get your mortgage business. We will provide you with access to some of the best deals and rates with the most innovative mortgage products you can obtain on the mortgage market.
Why work with a Mortgage Broker vs your very own bank?
We have access to discounted mortgage rates from over 50 lenders. These discounted rates are significantly lower than the posted rates offered by banks and to the general public. We have the ability to find the best rate on the market and the best service levels while still placing your mortgage with the lender of your choice. We are familiar with the number of products offered by financial institutions and the very best part is we do all the work for you!
You will have continuous access to our services, as we work outside of normal banking hours to accommodate your schedule. We can meet with you at the time and place of your choice.
We work for YOU, not the lender.
My Services are Free!
Our services are usually paid for by the lending institution where the mortgage is placed through "finders fees" which means NO cash out of YOUR pocket. In other words, our services are free to you. There are cases, however where the institution does not pay a finders fee to the broker, in which case the broker will charge the client and this fee would be deducted from the loan proceeds, however this is typically not the case with "A" lenders and you would always be advised upfront.
So whether you are purchasing a home, looking for a lower interest rate, refinancing to consolidate debt we are here to help you with all of your needs and questions. Since buying and owning a home is one of your biggest financial investments you will make, it is important that you obtain knowledgeable, friendly and honest advice from a mortgage professional who understands your needs and goals.
